Our fees are 5% excluding tax (HT) plus the applicable VAT (20%), totaling 6% including tax (TTC) for the sale of villas or apartments, and 8.3% excluding tax (HT) plus the applicable VAT (20%), totaling 10% including tax (TTC) for commercial leases and business sales.
